We’re now iRep certified—here’s what this means for you.
We recently became iRep certified, and this plays a big role in our ever-changing Twin Cities marketplace, where we’re seeing a lot of guaranteed offers bandied about.
To clarify, iRep stands for “I represent.” In other words, we represent you.
Everyone’s situation is unique, but there are three main motivations all sellers share: price, timing, and convenience. We’ll sit down with you and figure out which of those three you’re looking for in today’s marketplace. If it’s timing or convenience, we’ll come back to you with an offer just a couple of days after our meeting.
